The cost of your holiday

Our prices are per week, running Friday to Friday (this may alter at Christmas and New Year depending on when the dates fall), and range from £1,600 for a winter weekend to £4,000 for New Year Week.

Because the Boundary welcomes larger groups, it tends to book well in advance and we already have a number of bookings for 2025. But we very much welcome last-minute enquiries.If the calendar says the house is available - it is!

Shorter stays

You are welcome to book for a long weekend (Friday to Monday) or for a midweek break (Monday-Thursday or Monday-Friday).

Weekend breaks and the four-night midweek break are normally priced at 85% of a full week and three-night midweek break at 75% of the weekly rate. Do get in touch to check for discounts though, especially if you are booking within 3 months of arrival.
